I NEVER screwed battersbox. I bought a mays card from him and he has a 7 day no ask return policy and i decided i wanted to return the card back to him and he had no problem with that. The end! so why is this even being brought up. These are my cards and i can choose to sell them if i want. If you like the card then buy it if you dont then why even make any comments. ive sold many cards with no problems at all and have bought cards from members on this forum. i ship the next day and provide tracking #'s ! isnt that what sellers are supposed to do? This thread has nothing to do with a card i returned, im selling a very nice mantle card so leave all that other drama alone because i never screwed anybody

What are you talking about? why are you even concerned with my transaction with battersbox. I BOUGHT the card from them and received excellent customer service. I decided i wanted to return the card and he was nice enough to let me since they have a 7 day no ask return policy. There was no hard feelings, it was just a mistake on my end because i didnt do my research before i bought the card. Ive bought thousands of dollars worth of cards and have only returned 2. I dont screw buyers so i have no idea what youre talking about and i dont appreciate you starting rumors for no reason

And another thing how you going to say that i screwed battersbox and then ask me if i even bought the card from him?? that makes no sense at all. that means you have no idea what transaction took place and youre assuming things. Ask battersbox and he'll tell you. Thanks for assuming before knowing the facts
Regardless of the "drama" that happens if some one has had positive transactions and no problems it doesn't matter their reason for selling a card, in fact it is none of your damn business.
I haven't seen a thread titled "Black Italian where is my $500 card" and I have seen him list quite a few $400-$800 range cards and like I said I haven't seen any threads titled like that so I assume the transactions went well.
Even with all the drama surrounding me and some of my purchases (on the S&M Board no BST) I still have everything out within a couple days of receiving payment and have had 0 problems on the BST end.
Keep your drama elsewhere and GROW UP.
OTWcards is another great example. He has been doing great and making positive comments.
<< <i>I try not to start anything, but Ron this is where you need to just not post, I learned pretty quickly to not comment.

thanks sean, i agree with you on that. if i ripped someone off or a buyer never received their card then id understand but the fact that i ship right away and provide proof of shipment and have never once ripped anyone off it makes me mad how someone could accuse me of something i didnt do.
<< <i>I'll give $900 >>
sorry 1125 is the lowest i can go. its the cheapest one ive seen and i personally think mine looks better than most of the ones on ebay
<< <i>Nice card and nice price... wish it wasn't right before the holidays and I could justify dropping that kind of coin on a card right now. Nice pickup whoever gets it! >>
thanks alot! i appreciate it
Sean - I never would've posted it here if he hadn't refused to answer the question in the 52 Mays thread. Frankly, I think potential buyers need to know the drama that he created - not me - if he's selling stuff here. Just answer the question on the other side and it's not an issue. For the record, I never chimed in on the threads related to your own shenanigans but I'll be happy to bump them if you like.

<< <i>*shrug* you started a thread about Battersbox & I'm aware of all the discussions you had with them about the card. It's not how you portrayed it here, though at least you got it right that they're nice guys.

Ron its none of your business about the transaction i had with battersbox. i paid for the card right away but realized i made a mistake because i thought that his 52 bowman was considered his rookie card and didnt do enough research before i bought his card. he had NO problem letting me return the card and i posted positive feedback. hes a very nice guy and i hope to do business with him again. There was NO DRAMA so stop causing unwanted problems. you have no business saying anything because nobody got ripped off so stop posting on my thread

"youre aware of the discussions i had with them".....did some top secret meeting about the card take place that i dont know about...lol...there were no discussions. i bought the card. emailed him and asked him if i could return the card, seller received card and refunded money. thats what happened! Like i said before its none of your business. If he had a problem with me returning the card he couldve easily said no,but he clearly told me he has a 7 day money back guarantee. so thats what happened. why are you trying to make this out to be something its not when you had no part in this transaction.
good luck with your sale...

<< <i>I know we're not supposed to crap on people's B/S/T threads, but you consistently are trying to sell cards that you just bought on eBay for a loss. You buy high dollar cards, use the same scans as the auction from which you purchased the card, and list it within a couple of days of purchasing it. Something just doesn't seem right, unless you are really into bleeding money. >>
I would like to hear blackitalian address this concern.

what is there to address. what i choose to do with my cards is my business. im very indecisive sometimes and i change my mind alot about what cards i want. theres no doubt ive made some bad choices and lost money but ive learned from it. yes i do use the same scans as in the auctions i buy the cards from because i dont have a scanner. Its not like im doing anything wrong. im not ripping anyone off, im not selling fake cards, i ship when i say i will ship, i provide tracking #'s and have not had any buyer complain about the cards i sold them so whats the issue??? These are my cards and its nobodys business what i do with them. i could burn them if i wanted to. As long as the customer is happy thats all that matters in the business of selling anything. So if you like my cards buy them and you will get exactly what is posted. if you dont then thats ok.

I will let everyone know how this pans out, but I trust it will end well. Thanks, Joey.

If you dont get the exact same card i posted i will personally go to your house and let you slap the hell outta me. lol...you have nothing to worry about and i am off monday so the card will go out then. i can even post the tracking for everyone to see if you want. i sent you my phone number in case you have any questions.
Please keep it professional.
I know there are some things that don't add up as far as his personal finances are concerned and what he has bought/sold/why he has done it...
But seriously, if someone purchases something and doesn't want to give up their price it isn't your business why they did or didn't do the transaction...
Please let him sell his card and go after him if he scams some one, not because he made a bad purchase or a big mistake....
I'm making these posts because I've been in the exact same situation and don't want to see something like that every again.
